This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which BioVerde Organic Foods LLP (hereinafter referred to as “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) accepts requests for cancellation and refund for purchases made through our official platform: www.shop.thenaturesrecipe.com (the “Platform”).
By placing an order on the Platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations will only be entertained within 24 hours of placing the order, and only if the order has not been shipped or dispatched by BioVerde Organic Foods LLP or its delivery partners.
- Once the shipping process has been initiated, BioVerde Organic Foods LLP will not be able to cancel the order under any circumstances.
- To request a cancellation, you must write to us at support@thenaturesrecipe.com with your order ID and reason for cancellation. The Company reserves the right to accept or decline the cancellation based on shipping status.
- Approved cancellations for prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.
⚠️ Note: Products classified as perishable items, consumables, and freshly packed food products are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
2. Refund Policy
BioVerde Organic Foods LLP processes refunds only in the following cases:
- When the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order and the product has not been shipped.
- When the order is damaged, defective, or tampered at the time of delivery, and proper evidence (images/video) is submitted within 48 hours of receipt.
- When a wrong product is delivered and the same is reported within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting images.
No refunds will be processed in the following cases:
- If the item has already been shipped or delivered.
- If the item has been used, opened, or tampered with.
- If the return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery.
All refunds are subject to internal quality inspection and verification by BioVerde Organic Foods LLP. If found eligible, the refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original mode of payment.
3. Return and Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of food products, BioVerde Organic Foods LLP does not support returns or exchanges unless:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The issue is reported to support@thenaturesrecipe.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging intact.
In all valid cases, BioVerde Organic Foods LLP may choose to either:
- Re-ship a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Provide a full/partial refund, based on case evaluation.
We will accept the replacement within 3 working days:
- Once, the product for replacement has been received by us, we will ship the replacement product within 4 working days.
Products purchased on discounted offers, clearance sales, or during promotions are not eligible for return, unless physically damaged or wrongly delivered.
4. Non-Refundable Categories
The following are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Freshly packed and perishable food items.
- Products that are opened, used, or not in original packaging.
- Items not reported within the stipulated 48-hour window.
