This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the dispatch, delivery, and charges applicable on orders placed through our Platform: www.shop.thenaturesrecipe.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”).
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within India. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your PIN code, please reach out to us at support@thenaturesrecipe.com before placing your order.
2. Dispatch Timeframe
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment.
- Some products, especially those made fresh or in limited batches, may take up to 7–10 business days for dispatch.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Note: Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
3. Delivery Time
- Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier partner’s network coverage.
- In remote or non-serviceable PIN codes, delivery may take longer or may not be possible. In such cases, our team will contact you for alternate options or refund.
4. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you make the payment.
- We may offer free shipping on certain minimum order values or as part of promotional offers.
Note: Shipping charges (if levied) are non-refundable, even in the case of returns or order cancellations after dispatch.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier name will be shared via email and/or SMS.
- You can use the tracking ID on the respective courier partner’s website to check real-time delivery status.
6. Delivery Attempt & Rejection
- Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the order to your registered address.
- If you are unavailable during delivery, they may attempt again or contact you for rescheduling.
- If the order is rejected by you without valid reason (e.g., perishable item in good condition), shipping charges may still be levied or deducted in case of refund (if applicable).
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- In case the order arrives damaged, opened, or tampered, please refuse to accept the package and notify us immediately at support@thenaturesrecipe.com with supporting images/videos.
- For missing or incorrect items, notify us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate appropriate action.
8. Undelivered Orders
If an order is marked as delivered but not received, please notify us within 24 hours of such update. After that, we may not be able to investigate with the courier company effectively.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for shipping delays caused due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Natural disasters,
- Transport strikes,
- Public disturbances,
- Lockdowns, or
- Courier network issues.
